Rookery School

Meet Our Team

Rookery's staff work together to provide excellent teaching, strong pastoral care and a safe, inclusive environment in which every child can thrive.

Working Together for Every Child

The strength of Rookery lies in the people who work together every day to support our children. From classroom teaching and specialist provision to pastoral care, administration and site support, every member of staff contributes to creating a safe, positive and purposeful learning environment.

Our teams work collaboratively so that pupils benefit from consistent expectations, strong subject knowledge and the right support at the right time. This joined-up approach helps us understand individual needs, remove barriers to learning and provide children with a rich and rewarding school experience.
